How BlazorData.net works

BlazorData.net runs the same azd and Aspire tooling each Blazor Data Orchestrator release was tested with, from our servers, against resources in your Azure subscription. Nothing to install on your machine.

  1. Step 1

    Sign in

    Use Google or Microsoft. Your account and a 30-day free trial are created automatically, no card required. Invite teammates any time.

    Connect Azure

    Sign in with the Microsoft work or personal account that can reach your Azure subscription. You then grant the BlazorData Deployer access to the resource groups you choose, never to the whole subscription. You can revoke that access at any time, or have it removed automatically after each deployment.

  3. Step 3

    Pick or create resources

    The installation wizard lists what already exists in your subscription: Container Apps environment, container registry, Azure SQL, storage and managed identity. Use them, or let BlazorData.net create new ones with valid, available names. Pre-flight checks verify permissions, quotas and names before anything is deployed.

  4. Step 4

    Deploy and watch

    Pick an approved release and deploy. Every step and every log line streams live, with plain-language guidance if something fails. When it finishes, open your BDO site and run its Install Wizard to create the admin user.

    Update with one click

    When a new release is approved, update from the installation page. BlazorData.net deploys the new images and database scripts; then you run the BDO Upgrade Wizard. Already deployed with azd up yourself? Import that installation and update it from here.

Blazor Data Orchestrator and its database run in your Azure subscription and you pay Azure directly.
