Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern your use of BlazorData.net, a service that deploys and updates Blazor Data Orchestrator ("BDO") into Microsoft Azure subscriptions that you control. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Your account and your team
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft identity and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping that identity secure. An account can have several members. Owners can invite and remove members, change roles and manage billing; Members can connect Azure and run deployments. Each account always keeps at least one Owner, and Owners are responsible for who they invite.
2. Your Azure subscription
BDO is deployed into your own Azure subscription. You remain the owner of that subscription and of every resource created in it, and you pay Microsoft for all Azure costs, including resources BlazorData.net creates at your request. You confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the subscriptions and resource groups you connect.
To deploy, you grant the BlazorData Deployer application roles scoped to the resource groups you choose. That access is used only to perform the deployments, updates, rollbacks and checks you request. You can revoke it at any time in the Azure portal or from the Azure connection page; revoking it stops BlazorData.net from deploying but does not affect running installations.
3. Subscription and payment
Each new account starts with a 30-day free trial with no card required; one trial per account, and an Azure tenant can be used for a trial deployment only once. After the trial, deploying and updating require a subscription of $4.95 USD per month or $49 USD per year per account, billed in advance through Stripe. No sales tax is collected. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a payment fails you keep access for 7 days while the payment is retried. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to access resources you are not authorized to manage, to attack or overload Azure or BlazorData.net, to circumvent the trial or billing rules, or to access another account's data.
5. Releases and your data
BlazorData.net deploys approved, published BDO releases. BDO is separate open-source software under its own license. Database scripts in a release may change your BDO database schema; keep backups of your data. You are responsible for the data stored in your installations and for running the BDO Install or Upgrade Wizard after a deployment.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Deployments depend on Azure, GitHub and other third parties and can fail; we show the reason and how to fix it where we can. We may change features or prices with notice; price changes apply from your next billing period.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazorData.net is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for Azure charges incurred in your subscription, or for data loss in your installations, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Ending your account never deletes resources in your Azure subscription; remove them yourself if you no longer need them.
