Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what BlazorData.net collects, why, and who else sees it. The short version: your Blazor Data Orchestrator installation and its data live in your own Azure subscription, and we store as little as we can.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, display name and the identifier from the Google or Microsoft sign-in you use, plus your team account and role.
- Azure connection data: the tenant and subscription ids you connect, the identity (object id and user principal name) used to connect, and the role assignments granted to the BlazorData Deployer.
- Installation data: resource names, regions, versions and the deployment history and logs for each installation.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan status and invoice records, never your card number.
- Usage and security data: an audit log of sign-ins and actions (with IP address) and error logs, used for support and abuse prevention.
2. What we do not collect
BlazorData.net stores no customer secrets. We do not keep passwords, connection strings, storage keys or the data inside your BDO database. Deployments use short-lived tokens and resource-group scoped role assignments; access tokens for your Azure sign-in are cached encrypted only as long as needed to act on your requests, and are purged when you sign out of Azure or delete your account.
3. Where your BDO data lives
Blazor Data Orchestrator runs in your Azure subscription, and you pay Microsoft for it. Its database, storage and logs stay there under your control. Deployer access is scoped to the resource groups you choose and can be revoked by you at any time.
4. Who else processes data
- Microsoft Azure hosts BlazorData.net and runs the deployments.
- Google and Microsoft provide sign-in.
- Stripe processes payments.
- SendGrid delivers transactional email (welcome, invitations, billing and deployment notices).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
5. Your team
Members of your team account can see the account's installations, deployment history and member list. Site administrators can see operational records to run the service and help you.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from the Account page. Deletion removes your name, email and sign-in links and purges cached Azure tokens. Invoice and audit records are kept as long as required for accounting, legal and abuse-prevention purposes. Deleting your account does not delete anything in your Azure subscription.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a sign-in cookie and security cookies (antiforgery and sign-in correlation). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
